Colleen comes to Trust Brigade after spending many years as a teacher, director, and performer at The Second City, iO theatres and independently all over the world. In 2017, Colleen had the good fortune to be introduced to deep canvassing by Dave Fleischer and began canvassing in Orange County with The Leadership Lab of the Los Angeles LGBT Center. In 2024, after several years as a volunteer trainer, Colleen accepted a staff position with Changing the Conversation for Progress, organizing and canvassing in West Philadelphia.
Her focus as a member of staff at Trust Brigade is volunteer recruitment, retention and empowerment.
