Jarrek Holmes

Jarrek is a Colorado native and Denver-based organizer who blends political strategy with technical expertise to build lasting progressive infrastructure. In 2024, he helped lead the Horizon Deep Canvassing Project in Colorado’s 8th Congressional District—a partnership between the state party, Attorney General Phil Weiser, and a team of volunteers. This project directly led to 2,500 deep conversations and a 14.58% turnout boost among low-propensity voters.

 

With experience in both party operations and tech-driven outreach, Jarrek is committed to scaling the kind of relational work that wins elections and builds long-term power.
